Trial Classes
We’re always happy to welcome enthusiastic new additions to our club. Are you interested in martial arts or keeping fit and healthy? Come and have an intro lesson and get to see what we do.
Summer Training
During the summer months we like to train outside when possible which is a great experience all training together in the open air.
This is the first and only Soo Bahk Do Club in the whole of Essex
Come and learn a rare form of Korean
Martial Art that could potentially save your life one day
Age 6 upwards. Come and train with your child.
This is a family class. Adults and children train together and also on their own.
